Tyler Wortham
Texarkana- Funeral services for Tyler Dean Wortham will be held at 12:00 PM Wednesday, March 9 at Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman. Rev. James Rawlins of the Christian Church Disciples of Christ will officiate. Burial will follow at Cedarlawn Memorial Park with Mitch Lazorko, Jake Lazorko, Nick Lazorko, Patrick Berry, Eric Sulder, and Lake Wilson serving as pallbearers. Tyler passed away Friday, March 4 in Texarkana.
Tyler was born July 14, 1991 in Hastings, Nebraska and was a student at Texas A&M University-Texarkana. He will be remembered for his deep love of family, friends, music, and writing.
Tyler is survived by his daughter, Coralyn Wortham; father, Byron Wortham and wife Rhonda of Logan, OH; mother, Wanda Wortham and Dan Robertson of Texarkana; grandparents, Dwayne and Carol Wortham of Denison and James and Mary Nanney of Garland; four sisters, Taylor Cain and husband Sonny of New Lexington, OH, Torie Eveland, Taryn Eveland, and Tabitha Eveland, all of Logan, OH; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Jonathan Wortham.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday, March 8 at Waldo Funeral Home. The register book can be signed online at waldofuneralhome.com.
