Joe Neasbitt, Jr

Sherman- Funeral services for Joe David Neasbitt, Jr will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, July 1 at Waldo Funeral Home.  Rev. John Matey will officiate.  Burial will follow at Mount Tabor Cemetery.  Mr. Neasbitt, 40, passed away Friday, June 25 at Wilson N. Jones Regional Medical Center.

Joe was born March 12, 1981 in Sherman and graduated from S&S Schools in 1999.  He worked as a journeyman electrician and enjoyed fishing, drinking beer, and shooting pool.

Joe will be remembered as a fun-loving guy with a big heart.  He is survived by his daughter, Stevie Neasbitt of Bonham; son, Gavin Joe David Neasbitt of Bells; mother, Barbara Neasbitt of Sherman; father, Joe Neasbitt and his wife Diann of Sherman; brother, Josh Cato of Sherman; sister, Karli Benson of Collinsville; and his beloved dog, Sprinkles.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Betty Williams, and David and Janie Neasbitt.
