Ann Leslie Chaffin's Obituary
Ann Leslie Chaffin was born May 17, 1936 in Sherman, Texas to Leslie and Maurine (Montgomery) Chaffin and passed from this life on January 10, 2017 at Texoma Medical Center at the age of 80.
Ann Leslie was a graduate of Sherman High School. After graduation, she attended Austin College where she earned a Bachelor's degree. Ann Leslie worked as an Enrolled Agent. She owned and operated the Ann Chaffin Bookkeeping and Tax Service in Denison for many decades.
Survivors include her cousins, James Montgomery and his wife Neta of Wichita Falls, TX, Brenda Moore and her husband Tom of Burleson, TX, and Alan Montgomery of Longview, TX.
Ann Leslie was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, Jan. 17th, in Waldo Funeral Home chapel in Sherman with Rev. David Murphy officiating. Ms. Chaffin will be laid to rest in West Hill Cemetery in Sherman.
