Beulah Berniece Vincent was born January 21, 1932, to Jim and Amy Miller Wilson in Weston, Texas. She moved to Dorchester in 1934 and went to school in Dorchester from 1938-1948. Berniece left school to marry Bill Vincent on June 19, 1948. They were together 56 years when he passed away.

She joined the Dorchester Baptist Church in 1954 and taught Sunday School to four- and five-year-olds for 50 years. Berniece worked several jobs from the cottonfields at a very early age, cooked in the school lunchroom, babysat for 2 years, and worked in Kings Kitchen for 5 years. She retired from Jonhson&Johnson after 23 years.

Berniece is survived by her children, Billy Jack Vincent (Susan), Karen Ellis (Albert), grandchildren, Kari Lockhart (Adam), Kaitlin Krupp (Michaell), Sam Ellis (Courtney), Emily Dickison (David), great grandchildren, Katherine and Kaylee Dickison, Suttyn Ellis, and Ava Ann Lockhart who is due in October, her brother Garry Wilson (Joyce), and  brother-in-law Larry Vincent.

She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, and sisters, Irene Savage, Bobbie Anderson, and Helen Harrison.

Pallbearers will be Sam Ellis, Jimmy Vincent, Josh Vincent, Adam Lockhart, Gary Bennett, and Dennis Judkins.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Larry Vincent, Tom Bowen, and Tommy Sappington.

The family will receive friends at Waldo Funeral Home on Monday, June 23, 2025, from 6 p.m. until 8 pm.

Funeral Service will be held Dorchester Baptist Church on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Akers Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers people can donate to Home Hospice of Grayson County.
