After a short battle with cancer, Bonnie Jean Elmore passed away on Wednesday October 16th,2024 at the age of 75 surrounded by her family. She was born on March 8th,1949 to Robert and Curtis Hill in Washington D.C.

Bonnie graduated from Sherman High School after living in England and all over the United States with her parents who were in the military.  She worked at Albertsons for 36 years, working into her late sixties. She is a proud mother and grandmother as well as a lover of animals.

One of Bonnie's favorite activities was drinking coffee with her daughter and walking around talking "solving the world's problems".  She enjoyed any time she could get with her 5 grandchildren. She also enjoyed traveling to her brother's home in Georgia.  She had an amazing sense of humor and loved to read, do puzzles, spend time with her friends as well as do gardening and yard work.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Curtis Hill.

She is survived by her brother Richard Hill and his wife Cheryl Hill, daughter Carrie Jarvis and her husband Brandon Jarvis, her son Michael Elmore and his wife Vanessa Elmore, and her 5 grandchildren Ethan Grissom, Conner Grissom, Landon Elmore, Eliana Elmore and Caleb Elmore.

She was our everything and will be missed beyond words.  No service per her request.  In lieu of flowers, Mom was a strong supporter of animals so if you want to donate, please help your local shelters or any animal causes that are close to your heart.
