Brandi Lee King, 47, of Sherman, Texas, passed away peacefully on February 17, 2026. After nearly a year of facing numerous medical challenges, Brandi ascended to eternal peace and joy with her Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ.

Brandi was born on March 27, 1978, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Before her illness, working as a caregiver was one of her greatest passions. Caring for others came naturally to her and reflected her compassionate heart. She enjoyed watching cooking and nature shows, spending time in the kitchen preparing meals, coloring, creating recipe books, and crocheting.

Brandi was truly a people person. She loved to talk with everyone she met — no one was ever a stranger to her. She was known for often asking, "Do you love me? I love you!" Her warmth, kindness, and bright spirit left a lasting impression on all who crossed her path.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Jimmy King; her sons, Jaydan Bradford and Jersey Bradford; her mother, Cheryl Bradford; her father, Benny Bradford; her sisters, Sandra Gray, Rachel Shephard, and April Moon ,four nephews and four nieces, her Aunts, Diana Moore and Sandy Tiemann, her grandmother, Sue Woodrum and many uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her Papap , Delbert Woodrum , her Paw Paw, Jim Cook and her Granny,Dorothy Cook .Mother in law Edna Maybry. Uncle Christopher Jakelee.

Brandi will forever be cherished and deeply missed. She is now free from the pain and suffering she endured over the past year. Her body can finally rest in peace, and she is walking, smiling and looking down on us all from heaven above, radiating love and joy.
