Cheryle Ann Woolf was born, the first of three children, to the union of Billy Donald Woolf and Anna Marie Smith Woolf, October 22, 1947, in Kermit, Winkler Co., TX.

The family moved to Healdton, OK, when Cheryle was very young, and she attended school there. She married Terry Dale Morris, of Ringling, OK, January, 1965, whereupon the couple moved to San Diego, CA, in connection with Terry Dale's enlistment in the U.S. Navy. To this union were born three children, Terry Dale Jr. (b. 1965), Kelly Ann (b. 1967), and Billy James (b. 1973).

The couple moved from San Diego to Pensacola, FL, in or about 1968, where Terry Dale finished his service in the Navy. Upon receipt of his discharge from the Navy, the couple moved back to Ringling, OK, for a short time, before moving to Ardmore, OK, in connection with Terry Dale's employment as an appliance repairman for Sears. In this connection, the couple moved from Springer, to Ada, OK, before moving back to Ardmore, where they purchased a house on Bixby Street (across from Lincoln Elementary School). The couple divorced in 1976.

Cheryle married 2nd to Dewayne Williamson, of Ardmore, OK, in 1977. While married to Dewayne, Cheryle worked at several jobs in Ardmore, including employment as a proof reader at the Daily Ardmoreite, and as a checker at Best Yet grocery store. This union lasted seven years before the couple divorced in 1984.

Cheryle married 3rd to Kenneth "Ken" David Jackson, of Madill, OK, in 1984. The couple separated in or about 1990, but never divorced. While together, the couple lived in Ardmore, OK, Madill, OK, and finally settled in Sherman, TX. During this time, Cheryle started work at Wal Mart, with which company she established a many years-long record of employment.

When her father died in 2002, Cheryle moved into his house in Thomas, OK. While living in Thomas, Cheryle was employed by Custer State Bank, in Custer, OK. After living in Thomas for several years, Cheryle sold her house, and relocated to Tom Bean, TX, to be closer to her children and grandchildren. Here she lived until her departure from this life, June 5, 2026, in Sherman, Grayson Co., TX.

During her formative years, Cheryle developed a strong work ethic, and an almost obsessive sense of cleanliness. All who knew her well will attest to how clean and tidy she always kept her house. She also developed an intense love of reading at an early age. She was an avid reader of novels, in witness whereof, she gained quite a large collection of books over the years. She donated a large portion of said books to the Hospice Chaplain she had become acquainted with only a couple of weeks before death came.

Of her, Mary Jo writes: "She was the best sister, and she will be missed by me every day until I die." Granddaughter, Rebecca Nixon writes: "I would like to mention how giving to her grandchildren Mema was, just because it was kind of her, and sentimental to me." Her friend and neighbor, Debbie Barnes, writes: "She will be missed. When I first became friendly with her while working together at Walmart, I didn't even realize she lived right across the street from me," adding that, " Walmart didn't always bring out the best in you as an employee. She liked her job as a checker, though."

Cheryle is survived by two siblings, Mary Jo, of Stroud, OK, and David Lee, of Owasso, OK.; her three children and their spouses, Terry & Annette Morris, of Wilson, OK, Kelly Ann Rawson, of Ardmore, OK, and Jamey & Christy Morris, of Sherman, TX; fifteen (15) grandchildren, and twenty-four (24) great grandchildren, as well as three nieces, Deena, Tonya, and Kelsie.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Billy Donald Woolf and Anna Marie Woolf.

A graveside service will be held on June 10, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Highland Cemetery on Cemetery Road in Oilton, Oklahoma. Doug Nixon will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Jackson Morris, Sam Morris, Jeremy Morris and Hunter Nixon.
