Christiana (Christy) Ann Stewart, 61, of Sherman, died Friday, December 27th, 2024.

Christy was born December 2, 1963, in Lamar, CO, the daughter of Claude and Elizabeth Ann (Best) Parks. She graduated from McArthur High School in Irving, TX.

She married Allen Mitchell Stewart on July 13th, 1990, in Colorado Springs, CO. She took great pride in her job as domestic engineer of their home. She worked at Long John Silvers and SCI.

Her favorite hobby was bugging her husband, Allen. Christy loved Chocolate. She also enjoyed gaming, cooking, and reading. She was a devoted spouse, parent, and grandparent. Spending time with family and watching her grandchildren grow was her greatest joy.

Christy had the biggest heart and would give whatever she could to help others.

Her fathers, Claude Parks and Dan Radford preceded her in death.

She is survived by her mom, Elizabeth Radford of Drumright, OK; husband, Allen Stewart of Sherman, TX; sisters, Deborah Hegwood of Dallas, TX, Toni Popp of Little Rock, AR, Ivola Radford of Kellyville, OK; children, Sherrie Johnson and husband Larry of Sherman, Chris Morton and wife Taylor of Calera, OK, Ginnie Stiefel of Bonham, TX, and Sarah Villegas of New London, WI and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 pm, Monday, January 13th, at Waldo Funeral Home Chapel.
