Cindy Banister's love of life didn't come to an end with her death. Cindy passed away on April 25, 2023 at the age of 67 after a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest.

Cindy was born on December 12, 1955, to Billy and Ruth Hargesheimer in Sherman, Texas. Cindy graduated from Sherman High School, and enjoyed going on trips, and going to concerts, and spending time at the beach with family and friends.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father and mother Billy E and Glenda Ruth Hargesheimer, and her brother Billy Hargesheimer.

Cindy is survived by her brother; Terry Hargesheimer and wife Paula; daughter, D'Ann Banister; son, Mark Banister; granddaughters, Kezlyn Crane and Keegan Holt, partner; James Butler and his son Jamie Bulter, and many other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held May 3, 2023, 12-2pm at Waldo Funeral Home Chapel, funeral services will follow at 2pm. Burial will take place at Georgetown Cemetery.

The Pallbearers will be Terry Hargesheimer, Josh Holt, James Conary, David Salling, Jamie Butler, and Eric Fox.
