Cristy Darlene Weaver, 66 of Gordonville, TX passed July 18, 2023 after a 2 year battle with cancer.

She is survived by her devoted and loving husband Vernard "Vern" Louis Weaver of 14 years.  She also was survived by Vern's children, Nikkie Beckwith and husband Lynn, of Holland MI. Nathan Weaver and wife Frankie, of Gordonville, TX., and Angela Weaver of Omaha NE.  She also has 7 Grandchildren, Kairi Beckwith, Destiny Jolynn, Issac, Gabrielle, Paige, Jordan and Parker Weaver.

Cristy is also survived by 4 brothers David Burnsed, Ed Burnsed, Doug Burnsed Travis Morgan.

Cristy love to entertain, having parties for family and friends. She was an excellent cook, and could make any leftovers in to an outstanding meal. She always said "if you don't care for it, its filler".  Cristy loved Crafts; she spent several years making Christmas ornaments for family and coworkers.  She also loved the outdoors. She spent her younger adult years camping and hiking in Colorado. In her current life her and her husband spent a lot of time camping and traveling in there RV.

Cristy loved everyone she met and would light up the room with her personality. She loved telling the story of how her and her husband met.  They met on plenty of fish.com and that they lived in the same area.

Cristy is dearly missed, but will live in the hearts and memories of her husband, family and friends.
