Obituary

Daniel Rudolph Inman known by many names like "Danielson", "Big D Danimal", "Cowbell", & "Dan the Man" had his first day in his heavenly home on August 8th, 2023.  We know he was received by His loving Savior, Jesus Christ, whom he served especially the last year of his beautiful life. He was born on July 17, 1989, to his loving parents Timothy Rudolph Inman and Cheryl Dianne Patrick Inman in Sherman, Texas. Daniel came to them as a miracle from their Heavenly Father after 5 years of prayer. Daniel was a 7th generation of his family in the Grayson County area.

Daniel's name was given to his parents through the Holy Word of God, and he lived up to the Spiritual characteristics of his name which are;"One of strength and determination. An intensely loyal and reliable person who is always willing to go the extra mile for those he cares about. He is a great listener and a friend, and he is always willing to lend a helping hand when needed."

Daniel graduated from Sherman High School in 2008 where he served as an officer for the F.F.A., having raised a first-place champion heifer at the Houston Livestock Show.  He treasured his time as a center on the Sherman Bearcat Football team where he started as a sophomore on the varsity team. Throughout his high school years, he received many awards and achievements for his hard work and dedication on the football field. He attended East Central University in Ada, OK on a football scholarship. He was currently employed by Emerald Custom Pools in Saginaw, Texas. His personal point of pride was his quick rise to manager-a first for this company which is listed in the top 50 companies in the nation.

Daniel was a kind and gentle teddy bear with a heart of gold. He was loved by everyone.  He was the best Uncle ever to his nieces, Margeaux and Blaique and his nephew Bryan Jr.  Recently Daniel moved to Azle, Texas. He was very active volunteering at Friends of Lancaster Shelter. He loved to share the message and the story of his life as an inspiration for others.

Family night will be held at Waldo's Funeral Home, Thursday August 17th from 6-9. A memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 18, 2023, at First Baptist Church in Sherman, Texas. A reception will follow. Pastor Mike Lawson will officiate his service.
