Dineen Ann Kelly, of Dallas, TX, passed away unexpectedly on April 15, 2024. The family is deeply saddened by her death. She is survived by; her parents, Don and Arneta Kelly, brother, Brad Kelly, his wife Laura Beth Kelly and his children, Harley Kelly, Mattey Kelly and Devlin Kelly, sister Timmie Jones and Husband Chad Jones, their Children Taylor Rivas and Tyler Jones.

Dineen was born on December 30, 1959 in Duncan OK and moved with her family to Albuquerque, NM at a young age. She attended Eldorado High School. After graduation she earned a degree in Construction Drafting Technologies at Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute, and ultimately continued building her acumen to become Design Technician / CADD Operator. She lived in Dallas for most of her life and career.

Dineen's 40-year experience in structural CADD technician / Coordinator, allowed her to be part of many projects throughout Texas. Most notable being The Calatrava Signature Bridges, and Trinity Lakes and Amenities Project, City of Dallas. DFW International Airport, Taxiway 27 and 35. DART Light Rail technician for Phase One and numerous other DART Projects. Dineen was CADD coordinator for several highway projects we may have all seen. SH-45 tollway, bridges for 6-mile construction, Austin, TX. IH10/Eastlake Blvd. Interchange, El Paso, TX.

In addition to her incredible drafting skills, Dineen was an exceptional cook. She loved to entertain and try new foods. Dineen hosted many Christmas socials at her home, which she was very proud of, for friends and colleagues. Dineen also Loved to make Christmas candies and Thanksgiving feasts.

Dineen was a lover of Music and Arts. Live concerts with family, Symphonies with a friend and Shows with nieces and nephews. Dineen Painted when she was young and wanted to study art. She was also a collector. She did not collect many specific items but many specific memories.

You were loved by Many and will be missed by all.
