Donald Bundschuh

Sherman- Donald Edward Bundschuh passed away Wednesday, May 8 at Texoma Medical Center at the age of 79.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.

Don was born October 10, 1944, in Sherman to the late Edward and Tot (Braswell) Bundschuh.  He graduated from Sherman High School in 1964 and joined the US Army.  In 1971, he and Donna Faris were married in Sherman.  Don worked at Texas Instruments for 30 years and enjoyed woodworking and golf in retirement.

He is survived by his wife Donna Bundschuh of Sherman; son, John Bundschuh of Sherman; cousin, Becky Bundschuh and husband Dan of Southmayd; great nephew, Che' Nipper of Sherman (whom he considered a grandson); two sisters-in law, Penny Wiggins of Denton and Bobbie Farris and husband David of Sherman; brother-in-law, Tommy Faris and wife Cathy of Crossroads; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Don was preceded in death by his parents, Tot and Pepaw, and one daughter, Brooke Bundschuh.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the charity of the donor's choosing or a tree could be planted in his honor.  The register book can be signed online at waldofuneralhome.com.
