Dr. Todd
Cutler
d. Jun 21, 2026
The legendary Dr. Todd Dean Cutler, 63, of Savoy, passed away on June 21, 2026. There was never anyone like him, and never will be again.
Todd was born March 23, 1963, to Ralph and Sharon Cutler in Dallas. After Todd graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in 1981, he joined the Marine Reserves and went on to become an entrepreneur, a private pilot, a software engineer, a father, a Doctor of Medicine, and a grandfather. In 1983 he married Kathy Wilkirson and went on to have 2 children, Matthew Todd and Laurie Lynn. In 2013 he married Teresa Manus and they had one daughter, Mia Marie, in 2017.
Todd was predeceased by his grandparents, Dean and Bessie Cutler, and John and Olie Boddie, whom he admired and adored. He is survived by his parents, Ralph and Sharon Cutler; his brothers, Doug and Danny Cutler; his wife, Teresa Cutler; his children, Matthew Cutler, Laurie Webb, and Mia Cutler; his grandchildren, Alana, Evan, Daphne, Roland, Ethan, and Allyson; along with many nephews, nieces, and other beloved family members.
Todd was the epitome of a Renaissance man who enjoyed playing guitar, riding motorcycles, hunting and shooting, and scuba diving, all with his family and friends. He can best be described as a wise leader and a servant to the community. He went above and beyond to serve his patients, caring for them as if they were his own children or parents. An incredibly talented problem-solver, he was always thinking ahead, calculating every possible outcome, taking on any hurdle he faced with grit, determination, and patience. He never complained, never gave up, and always looked ahead for new ways to challenge himself and to learn about the world.
