Efren Gamboa Pena Jr.

Efren, 39, entered eternal life with our Lord on June 24th 2023. He was born on March 14, 1984 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Efren and Juanita Pena. He was the owner of Pena Brother's Trucking company and a vehicle mechanic.

Efren is preceded in death by Giovannie Pena, Juanita Pena, Efren Pena Sr. and Lupe Martinez.

He is survived by his beautiful wife Michelle of 19 years and his children Jocelyn, Zakariah, Ezekiel, Eliana and Abigail Pena and granddaughter Zalaiynah. Sisters Tere, Gisela (Orlando), Christy (Irvin) and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Efren was passionate about everything that had to do with cars, spending hours working on them for himself and others. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. He always had a way of making you laugh and forget your troubles.

He was beloved and will be greatly missed by everyone that had the pleasure of meeting him. Efren will be remembered for his silly personality, caring heart, intelligence, charisma and love for life. He was an incredibly caring person and he would give even his last dollar without a seconds thought even if he didn't know the person.

Efren will be forever loved and missed dearly. Those who knew him will always hold him in their hearts. We have now gained another Angel to watch over us.

Family has decided to have a private service and burial.
