Funeral Services for Evelyn Kay Miller, age 75, of Anna, Texas will be held at the Crossroads Community Church on Monday, December 18, 2023, at 11 a.m. under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery. Pastor Shawn Kemp will officiate.

Evelyn passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023, lovingly surrounded by family. She was born on November 24, 1948 in Sherman, Texas. She is the    daughter of Alvin Ross and Ethel Louise Tatum-Ross. Evelyn married the love of her life, Charles Miller, on May 26, 1969, at the Grayson County Courthouse. They spent 54 wonderful years together. Evelyn worked as a file clerk at Kroger's grocery store for many years. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially the grandkids and great grandkids and making priceless memories.

Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Louise Ross.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Miller, daughter, Cindy Wilson and husband, Michael Grandson, Chris Miller, great-grandchildren, Colton and Esther Miller, daughter Cherri Papa and husband, Tony, granddaughter, Madison Whitley and husband, Ace, grandson, Matthew Ramirez.

Pallbearers will be Chris Miller, Matthew Ramirez, Tommy Ramirez, Ace Lopez, Kyle Daley, Mike Foley, Scott Engdahl, Kirk Jacobs.

The family will receive friends at Waldo Funeral Home on Sunday, December 17, 2023, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m..
