Evelyn "Pauline" Walker, 97, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 8,2023 in Denison, Texas.  She was born June 16, 1925 in Tom Bean, Texas the daughter of Paul and Lera (Odle) Pennell.  She attended Southwestern Bible College and then she taught at  Grand Prairie Beauty College.  She started her own beauty shop called Pauline's then went to work at the City of Sherman Water Department and finished her career being a private caretaker of the elderly.

Her pastimes included cooking, crafting, gardening, dancing and sewing.  She was an avid collector of many things.

In addition to her parents Pauline was preceded in death by son Wyatt Grady Walker, brother John Pennell, sister Jean Blanton, brother Robert Pennell, grandson Gregory Hibbets, Daughter in law Becky Walker. She is survived by her son Roger Walker and her daughter Anita Torres and her husband Jess Torres.  Her grandchildren Michael Walker and his wife Theresa Walker, Kristi Vaughn and her husband Wayne Vaughn, Adam Hibbets and his wife Heather Hibbets, Adrian Hibbets. She had 6 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

She was a devout Christian and was loved by many.  She will be sorely missed but not forgotten.
