Walter Neal Fuller (Papa Critter) was born on March 1, 1943, in Sulphur Springs, Texas to Leroy and Velma Fuller. Neal passed away on Thursday, June 27,2024,in Gunter, Texas at the home of his daughter, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

Neal is preceded in death by his parents Leroy and Velma, a sister Velma Lee Morris, his infant son Scottie Fuller and grandparents.

He is survived by his loving children, daughters; Shanna (Chris M.) Gallinoto of Gunter, Tx.  DeeDee (Chris) Nelson of Krum, Tx. Charia (Jason) Underwood of Tucson, Az. LeeAnne (Perry) Jack of Whitesboro, Tx. Sons; Tim (Shana) Fuller of Murchison, Tx. Christopher Fuller of Muenster, Tx.  Rodger (Jenny) Fuller of Oklahoma. Sisters; Tina Fuller of Hurst, Tx. Paula Fruge of Colorado. Brother; Laney (Dee) Fuller of Point, Tx and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Neal was a retired automotive mechanic. He spent many years out in Arizona before moving back to Texas to be near his family. He had a love for deep love for NASCAR, his favorite racer #12 Ryan Blaney. He often spent his free time making knick knacks out of recycled goods for his family. He loved going to garage sales or sitting around drinking a cherry Pepsi and telling stories with his family. He is loved deeply and will be missed.

The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
