Graveside services for Gary Cundiff, 70, will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 29th, at Friendship Cemetery with Revs. Bobby Ayres and Sam Moore as officiants.
Gary attended schools at S&S and earned a GED at Grayson College. Gary married the love of his life, Annis Ayres, on July 23, 1962 in Sherman. He worked for Bermico Pipe in Sherman for ten years, Hitchcock Industries for ten years and Weber Aircraft for nineteen years retiring in 2007. Gary was of the Baptist faith and attended Three Cross Cowboy Church in Sadler. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding ATVs. His joy was spending time with his family and that made him always have a smile on his face.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, (Ann) Annis of Sherman; daughters, Susan Sandberg and husband, Kenneth of Sherman, and June Moore and husband, Sam of Sherman; 4 grandchildren, Melinda Tredway and husband, Josh; K.W. Sandberg and wife, Megan; Sunshine Hauschild-West and husband, Billy; and Maranda Harvey; 4 great grandchildren, Chad Sandberg, Ayden Tredway, Jayson Hauschild and Olivia Hauschild; and one brother, L.C. Cundiff and wife, Helen of Lindsay, TX.
Viewing hours will be on Thursday, May 28th, from 8AM until 7 PM at Waldo Funeral Home.
