Jasmine Auriell Dehorney age 35 of Denison, ascended to her eternal home Monday, February 26th at Medical City Hospital in Dallas following a short illness.
Jasmine was born February 2, 1989, to Kerry Dehorney in Denison Texas. She was raised by her mother Kerry and her stepfather Clifford Wilson. She attended and graduated from the Denison independent school district. She also attended Grayson County college pursuing a career in cosmetology and benefit coding. Jasmine was a proud mother of her beautiful children Mulà and Eli. Jasmine lived her life to the fullest being an artist at heart. She loved and had a passion for helping others even when it brought challenges to herself. Jasmine had a servant's heart and loved to see people happy. Her children meant the world to her and she did everything in her power to make sure they knew they were loved.
She was preceded in death by her mother Kerry Lucette Wilson, grandfather Pastor Jerry L Dehorney Sr and nieces Abriana Dehorney and Corrine Curry.
She is survived by her children Mula Toinette Dehorney and Eli Mcclamore-Dehorney of Denison, Texas; sister Cora (Vernon) Sutton Jr Anna, Texas, Kasandra Dehorney of Nashville, Tennessee, and brother Tylyn(Amber) Dehorney of Denison, Texas; great grandmother Legessie Horn of Denison, Texas; grandmother Francina Dehorney of Denison, Texas; aunt Jeri (Reggie) Howard of Nashville, Tennessee; uncle Jerry Dehorney Jr. of Denison, Texas and Aunt Desiree Dehorney of Dallas, Texas, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A public visitation will be Saturday, March 2nd at 10 A.M. prior to the funeral service beginning at 11 A.M. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, 522 E. Shepherd St., Denison with Rev. Tylyn Dehorney officiating.
