Joe was born May 3, 1965 in Sherman, Tx to Joe Day Sr and Florence Day. Joe married Karen Blondy Day on September 4, 1987. He was the proud and loving father of Kaitlyn Day Gillespie and Cody Day. Joe was a man of many talents and skills; leading to a career as a maintenance technician at Tyson Foods where he met many great friends. Joe was an avid sports fan, from fishing, golf, basketball to his favorites football and baseball. Joe is survived by his loving wife Karen Day and her mother Lavonne Blondy, his daughter Kaitlyn Day Gillespie husband Cody, son Cody Day, grandchildren Elizabeth and Bruce Gillespie. As well as three sisters and a brother, and many friends who were like family to him. He will always hold a place in all of our hearts. Always missed and never forgotten. We love you, always.
