John Chalenor McBee, 61 years old, of Tyler, passed away March 22, 2023, at his residence in Tyler, Tx.

He was born March 1, 1962 in McKinney, Tx to John and Nancy (Chalenor) McBee. He graduated from Van Alstyne High School and attended Grayson College and Texas A &M University.

John married Madeline Bates July 29, 2014, in El Paso, Texas.

He loved the outdoors and while living in Great Falls Montana, he worked as a Hunting and Fishing Guide. He had also worked in sales for many years and was most recently sharing his love of the culinary art as a Chef.

His faith was an important part of his life and shared his love for Jesus with others.

John is survived by his wife, Madeline; two sons, John and Paul; his father, John Oliver McBee and step mother Elaine; brothers, Thomas, Matthew and Daniel.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy McBee.

A private graveside service will be held at West Hill Cemetery, where John will be laid to rest.
