Sherman-Judy Bodovsky, 66, passed away at her home in Sherman on Thursday January 5, 2017. Visitation will be held Monday January 9 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday January 10 at Waldo Funeral Home. Burial will follow at West Hill Cemetery in Sherman. Her nephew, T. Bob McKnight will officiate.
Judy was born March 9, 1950 in Sherman to the late Pete Campbell and Mary (Morales) Campbell. She married Jerry Bodovsky June 8, 1985 in Lewisville, Texas.
Judy's nickname was "Judy Beauty" and worked as a cosmetologist. She loved to travel, sing, dance, shop, and collect antiques and dolls. She had a strong interest in all things related to fashion. Judy was a very loving wife and devoted to her family and friends.
Judy is survived by her husband, Jerry Bodovsky of Sherman; daughter, Sherry Norman; son, Charles Norman Jr.; daughter, Monica Caldwell and husband Timothy; sisters, Elizabeth Turner and husband Clyde, Joyce Lazo and husband Douglas, Yvett Whitaker and husband Chuck, and Debbie Greenleaf; brother, David Campbell; grandchildren, Jessica Beciri and husband Shek, Valerie Norman, Melanie Norman, Charlie Norman; great grandson, Bekim Beciri.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Sandra Burroughs and Sherry Campbell; and a brother, Trenlin Campbell.
