Karen Sue Orr, 62 years old, of Sherman, TX, passed away Friday, November 15th, at Baylor Heart Hospital in Plano, TX.

Karen was born February 18th, 1962, in Bonham, TX, to Dally Ray Roberts and Edwina Sue (Tarpley) Roberts. She graduated from Ector High School and Grayson County College. She married the love of her life Meldridge Earl "Peddy" Orr on November 24th, 1983, in Sherman.

She worked as a Medical Lab Tech for many years at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center and Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma.

Preceding Karen in death was a brother, Billy Dawn Roberts.

She is survived by her husband, Meldridge "Peddy" Earl Orr; daughters, Mary Ann Orr, Cindy Gail Patterson; son, Melvin Wayne Orr; Parents, Edwina Sue Roberts, Dalla "Bill" Ray Roberts; siblings, Eddie Ray Roberts, Sharon Roberts, Beverly Roberts, Andy Roberts, Bobby Roberts, and Daryl Roberts.

The family will receive friends Friday, November 29th, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, at Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman.

The funeral will be at 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 30th, at Waldo Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Joe Earl Ballard will officiate. Burial will be held immediately after the funeral at White Rock Cemetery.
