Kathryn Ann Snyder, aged 67, passed away on October 21, 2024, in Sherman, Texas.

Born in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 5, 1957 to military parents, Kathryn spent several of her elementary years overseas in Japan. This encouraged Kathryn's lifelong love of travel and foreign culture.

Having returned with her family from overseas, Kathryn eventually graduated from Refugio High School and attended Texas Women's University, where she studied nursing. She later earned a degree in general studies at the University of Texas at Dallas.

A brilliant woman of many interests, Kathryn pursued various professional fields including medical sales, food service, health and wellness coaching, and elder care, continually reflecting her passion for helping others and her community. Throughout her life, Kathryn remained a vibrant and caring individual known for helping others in need, as well as her unwavering commitment to animal rescue, often providing a loving home to animals in need.
She leaves behind her daughter, Karenna Celeste Snyder; sister, Jennifer Snyder Randolph; brother-in-law, Ben Randolph; mother-in-law, Cristina Randolph; niece, Sarah Elizabeth Randolph; nieces, Heather Geater Bartholomew and Clarissa Wallace and their families, various cousins; and numerous friends, all of whom will miss her dearly. Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy May Ramsett and Clarence Dale Snyder, and her sister Catherine "Cathy" Davis Stiedle.

Kathryn's family and friends will continue to honor her legacy by embracing the values she lived by and the vibrant spirit she shared with everyone she met. A celebration of life will be held to commemorate her at a later date.
