IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Linda Gail
Miller
March 12, 1949 – May 30, 2024
Linda Gail Miller passed away May 30, 2024, after battling illness for over four years. She was brave and resilient in how she faced over two dozen surgeries with long and painful recovery times.
She is survived by husband G.A. Miller, daughter Velma Garrick, son George Miller. She has sisters Shirley Wakeland, Betty Davis, Judy Robison, and brothers Jim Graham, and Steven Graham.
She is preceded in death by parents Homer and Lois Graham, and brother Kenneth Graham.
She faced each day fiercely with determination, strength and hope. Despite unspeakable pain, she remained happy, hopeful, and kind. As heartbroken as her family is at losing her, it does come with some relief to know that her struggle and pain are no more. That beautiful lady is at peace and rest.
Her service will be held at 11:00 on Friday, June 7th at the chapel of Waldo Funeral Home, 619 N Travis St, Sherman, TX 75090.
Her children remember her love and care and great sense of fun. Even in her last hours she laughed and smiled with her family. She was the dearly loved and cherished wife of G.A. Miller for almost 61 years. She and her husband were proof that "happily ever after" could come true. Even when times were tough, they worked through it like best friends. They were not one of those couples that stayed together out of habit. They were truly and deeply in love. They treasured every day they were together. Mom told me not long ago, "I don't just love him, but I am IN love with him. I fall more in love with him every day."
She made this world a better place. The family is so proud she was ours.
