Loy Ray Harvey passed from this life March 22, 2012 at the Texoma Health Care Center. He was born September 26, 1935 to Ivan and Pauline Harvey in Whitewright, Texas. He was one of 14 children.

Loy was a great paint and body repairman. He was a member of the Amvets Post No. 47, Elks Lodge, and a volunteer for the Bonham VA. He loved to work in his big, beautiful garden and enjoyed the outdoors. He was a hard worker and took great pride in everything he did.

He was preceded in death by his son, Heath Dwayne Harvey, parents, a sister, Marie Hughes, and brother Larry Harvey.

Loy is survived by his children, Cornell Harvey, Connie Goodwin, Cathy Harvey, Kay Miller, and Ray Lynn Harvey, grandchildren, Johnny Ray Sutherland, Stephanie Sutherland, Tommy Sutherland, Natasha Kirk, David Turney, Anette Haliburton, and Bobby Haliburton.

Mr. Harvey was cremated according to his wishes.
