Lyndall Elaine Wilcoxon, age 78 of Sherman, Texas passed away on January 24, 2023 in Sherman.

She was born on November 8, 1944 in Sherman to Linsey Haskell Hobbs and Vivian Frankie Riley Hobbs.

Lyndall graduated from Sherman High School. She started working at M&P Bank and after 10 years she started a new job at Oscar Myer and worked there for 20 years. Lastly, she worked for the City of Sherman and after 7 years she retired. Lyndall loved travelling with her husband to Europe or anywhere abroad, cooking, baking and craft shows. She was a member of the Saint Stephens Episcopal Church. Lyndall married Luther Edward Wilcoxon and they were married four months short of 60 years.

She is survived by her husband Luther Wilcoxon, daughter, Kelly Wilcoxon of Sherman, granddaughter, Shelby Hall of Sherman, aunt, Norma Wilcoxon of Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents and infant daughter Jennifer Elaine Wilcoxon.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, January 30, 2023 at the West Hill Cemetery in Sherman.
