Manuel Padron passed from this life on Monday, July 27, 2026.

He was born on October 10, 1959, in San Felipe, Guanajuato, Mexico. His parents were Socorro Perez and Daniel Padron. He married Justina Lozano on February 12, 1997, in Arrastres, Guanajuato, Mexico.

Manuel spent his career working in construction. During his leisure time, he loved writing stories. He loved the game of baseball. In his younger years, he played semi-pro baseball in Mexico. He was Catholic.

Preceding him in death are his mother and father, and his mother-in-law and father-in-law.

He is survived by his wife, Justina Padron; his son, Angel Padron; his daughter, Gabriela Padron; and his brother, Salvador Padron.

A rosary will be held from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at Waldo Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at Waldo Funeral Home.

A Mass will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Father Merlito Abiog will officiate.

Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Sherman.

Manuel Padrón falleció el lunes 27 de julio de 2026.

Nació el 10 de octubre de 1959 en San Felipe, Guanajuato, México. Sus padres fueron Socorro Pérez y Daniel Padrón. Contrajo matrimonio con Justina Lozano el 12 de febrero de 1997 en Arrastres, Guanajuato, México.

Manuel dedicó su vida laboral a la construcción. En su tiempo libre, le apasionaba escribir historias. Amaba el béisbol; en su juventud, jugó béisbol semiprofesional en México. Profesaba la fe católica.

Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres y sus suegros.

Le sobreviven su esposa, Justina Padrón; su hijo, Ángel Padrón; su hija, Gabriela Padrón; y su hermano, Salvador Padrón.

Se rezará el rosario el martes 28 de julio de 2026, de 6:00 p. m. a 7:00 p. m., en la capilla de la funeraria Waldo Funeral Home. La familia recibirá a las amistades el mismo martes 28 de julio, de 7:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m., en Waldo Funeral Home.

Se celebrará una misa el miércoles 29 de julio de 2026 a las 10:00 a. m. en la iglesia católica St. Mary’s. El padre Merlito Abiog oficiará la ceremonia.

El sepelio tendrá lugar posteriormente en el cementerio St. Mary’s, en Sherman.
