Funeral services for Margie Nell Baldwin, age 72, of Arlington, TX will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, August 28, 2009 at the Waldo Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Cedarlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Sherman. Services are under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home.

She passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 20009 at her residence in Arlington.

She was born on January 24, 1937, in Sherman, TX the daughter of Willie David and Mildred Wallace Benedict. On June 6, 1954 she married Carl E. Baldwin. They recently celebrated 55 years of marriage.

Margie is survived by her husband Carl E. Baldwin of Arlington, TX, daughter Virginia Baldwin of League City, TX, son David Baldwin and wife Pam of Fairview, OK, daughter Rebecca Lammert and husband John of Mansfield, TX and son Charles Baldwin and wife Betty of Sherman, TX, 10 grandchildren, Andy Nelson, Caitlin McCunney, Christa Burton, Dillon Baldwin, Ryan Baldwin, Adam Stowers, Jesse Stowers, Ashley Baldwin, Jeremy Baldwin and Jacob Baldwin, five great grandchildren, Hailey Burton, Aiden Burton, Trent Stowers, Kailie Stowers and Jayden Baldwin. She is also survived by her sister Margaret Carroll, sister Wanda Fountain, brother Billy Benedict, sister Lena Flexer, sister Dorothy Matthews, brother Roger Benedict, sister Mary Hill and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother David Benedict.

Viewing will be from 10:00AM to 5:00PM on Thursday and 8:00 AM until service time on Friday.
