Mary Lee Rolen, 83 years old, of Sherman, TX, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025.

She was born on October 29, 1941, in Talco, TX, the daughter of Clint and Ollie (Jones) Blalock. She attended school in Talco and Mount Pleasant, graduating from Mt. Pleasant High School. She married Jack Rolen on September 26, 1962, in Mt. Pleasant, TX. She was a housewife.

Mary loved the outdoors and a "Good Day" at the casino.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Rolen; her parents, Clint and Ollie Blalock; sisters, Trudy Richardson, Dorothy McGregor, Virginia Boyd, and Faye Williams; and a brother, Virgil Blalock.

Mary is survived by her son, Chad Rolen, and wife Jennie of Sherman, granddaughter Amanda Garcia, and husband Charles of Sherman, grandson Case Rolen, and wife Marlee of Sherman, grandson Andrew Bentley of Sherman, and great-grandchildren C J Garcia, Emaleigh Garcia, and J J Rolen.

Also surviving are a sister, Linda Cameron, and her husband Orville of Mt. Pleasant, a brother, James Blalock of Mt. Pleasant, a brother-in-law, Homer Rolen, and his wife Vergie of Colbert, OK, and several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, at Deshields Cemetery in Sugar Hill, TX, with Randy Cameron officiating.
