Melody (Cook) Ailey, age 40, of Sherman, Texas, passed away on January, 13, 2017. She was born September 15, 1976 in Fairbanks, Alaska to Morris and Wanda (Glenn) Cook. The family will receive friends and family on Sunday January 15, 2017 from 3-5pm at Park Manor Apartments Club House 1725 S FM 1417 Sherman, Texas 75092.
Melody enjoyed arts and crafts, photography and caring for friends. Melody loved to dance and sing karaoke and was known for her infectious smile and outgoing personality.
She is survived by her father, Morris (Sandy) Cook of Sherman; son, Damion Smith of Denison; daughter, Dhanielle Barron of Silo, Oklahoma; sons, D.J. Barron and Dustin Barron of Silo, Oklahoma; sisters, Misty Cook of Sherman, and Modesty Siems and husband Les of Denison; two nieces, five nephews, two great nieces and two great nephews; and her fiancé, Daniel Graham of Denison.
She was preceded in death by her mother; and grandparents Ernest and Mary Glenn.
