We regretfully announce the passing of Nancy Salena White of Denison, TX on October 27, 2023. Nancy was surrounded by her children and passed away peacefully.

Our mother, Nancy, was one of the strongest women to ever walk this earth and our family was wonderfully blessed to have her as the head of the family. Nancy attended DISD schools and was a proud graduate of Denison High School in 1975. Nancy was a faithful servant of the Lord. She was a member of St. Emanuel C.O.G.I.C. She provided care for those in need as a Private Home Health provider. Nancy expressed her creativity through countless avenues including photography, writing, drawing, and interior decorating.

In 1975, she met Billy J. White and together they went on to have 2 children. Nancy was a wonderful and loving mother who gave her all to her family. We will never be able to fill the space left behind by her.

Nancy was predeceased by her father, Isaac Winters; her mother, Ida Price; and her husband, Billy J. White.

She is survived by her children, Billy Jr. and Salena; her brothers Isaac Winters Jr. (Dorothy) and Michael S. Winters; and a host of family and friends.

Mom, you we're the epitome of a lady and will always be in our hearts as we will never forget you. We love you so much. Rest in peace.

A public visitation will be Thursday, November 2nd from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. at Waldo Funeral Home for family and friends to gather and share memories.

There will not be a formal funeral service.  Burial will be private.
