IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Nora Teague
Cline
August 9, 1947 – February 11, 2026
Nora Teague Cline, 78, of Sherman, Texas, passed away on February 11, 2026. She was born on August 9, 1947, in Fort Worth, Texas.
Nora attended school in Azle, Texas. She later worked at the Cotton Mill, where she met her future husband, Luther Cline. The two were married in Las Vegas, Nevada, on June 29, 1967, beginning a lifelong journey together filled with love and devotion. On March 2, 1974, they welcomed their son, Timothy.
Nora's home was always open to anyone in need of a place to stay. She had a generous heart and never hesitated to help others. She was a loyal employee and dealer at Touch of Class Antique Mall for 26 years. Nora was also active in her community, serving on the board for the Sherman Museum and enjoying fellowship as a member of the Red Hat Girls.
Nora loved to stay busy and was always on the go. Traveling with family and friends brought her great joy, and she especially loved to dance — she could truly "cut a rug" on the dance floor. Of all the things she cherished in life, her family was always at the very top of her list.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan and Thelma (Dodd) Teague; her sisters, Nathlene (Teague) Sellers, Louise Teague, and Glenda (Teague) McGee; and her beloved husband, Luther Cline.
Nora is survived by her brother Joe Teague, son, Timothy Luther Cline and wife Heather of Sherman; her stepsons, Larry Cline, Johnny Cline, and Ricky Cline and wife Mary of Luella; her grandchildren, Jaxon Cline, Stephanie Cline, Tiffany Cline, Tabitha Cline, Tonya Cline, Annie Cline, Chantelle Cline, Rick Cline, and Misty Cline; as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
The family will receive friends and family from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17th, at Waldo Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18th, at Waldo Funeral Home Chapel.
Nora will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering love for her family.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Sherman Museum. You can donate by going to https://theshermanmuseum.org/donate/
