Pat was born February 18, 1936 in Sherman, Texas to Otho and Mildred Hazelip.  Pat had many hobbies over the years, from manicuring beautiful flower beds, prepping the motorhome for mud races across the country, riding motorcycles, to spoiling her grandchildren, she loved seeing those around her happy.  She passed away at Texoma Medical Center after a brief illness on October 8, 2024.

Pat leaves behind her daughter, Dianna Lynn Jackson and her husband Bobby Jackson of Anna, Texas and her grandson Rusty Stephenson of Dallas, Texas and many thanks to her companion, Tom Condiff. She was preceded in death by her parents, Otho and Mildred Hazelip, her sister Cherrol Lea Horner and her loving Yorkie, Jake.

The family will accept visitors from 5:30 to 7:30pm Thursday October 10, 2024 at Waldo Funeral Home.
