Patrick Lowry, better known to those who knew and loved him as, "Pat", "Pack rat", and "Pat-a-cookie" passed away at his home on Monday, Dec. 8, 2014 at the age of 62.
He is survived by his loving wife and friend Cindy of 20 years. They were married in Sherman on July 1, 1994. He will be greatly missed and always remembered by his wife, children, grandchildren, brothers, aunts, uncle, friends and everyone who knew him.
Pat was a born again Christian and studied his Bible daily. He enjoyed fishing, watching football and visiting with family, friends and his little dog, "Cricket". He was a long haul truck driver for most of his life and was the best everything he did. He will never be forgotten and has left a lasting memory of kindness, compassion and unconditional love on us all and will forever be in our hearts.
Other survivors include his sons, Jody Lowry, Jasen Lowry, and Scott Lowry; daughter, Amanda Lowry; stepsons, Jeremy Westdyke and Jeffrey Westdyke; brothers, Joseph Lowry, Jim Lowry, and Paul Lowry; and numerous grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, Dec. 11th, at Dixie Cemetery north of Whitesboro, with Marvin Lowry officiating.
