With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Reba Joyce Jones, who passed away peacefully on July 8, 2026, at the age of 73.

Reba was born on December 12, 1952, and called Whitesboro, Texas, home. She dedicated her career to serving others as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), where her compassionate heart and caring nature made a lasting difference in the lives of countless patients and families. Helping others wasn't just her profession—it was who she was.

Reba found joy in the simple things that made life special. She was a devoted Elvis fan and loved collecting treasures, especially her cherished Beanie Babies. Above all, she adored her beloved dog, Little Bit, who was her faithful companion and brought her endless happiness.

She is survived by her sisters, Darlene Gaskins and Charlotte Foster; her nephews, Joshua May McKee, Kendall Foster, Christopher May, Matthew May, and Clifton Gaskins; her nieces, Kendra Foster and Summer Gaskins; along with many other family members and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Reba will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit, unwavering compassion, and the love she shared with everyone fortunate enough to know her. Though she is no longer with us, the memories she created and the lives she touched will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

Her family finds comfort in knowing that she is now at peace, and her legacy of love, kindness, and service will never be forgotten.
