It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rebecca “Becky” Butler. Known for her kindness, generosity, laughter, and unwavering spirit, she touched the lives of all who knew her. Her spirit will live on in the cherished memories and love she shared with us all. She loved her career as a Registered Dental Assistant, live music, sports, and Mexican Food. Her passion involved supporting her children in any sports and life ventures.

Becky was born August 11, 1970, in Alabama, and passed away March 26, 2026, at her home in Anna, Texas. She was adopted by Robert Leslie Young and Tommie Rebecca Bartos. Becky was preceded in death by both her parents. She is survived by her spouse, Darrick Butler, three daughters, Ashley McCabe, Lezlee Dixon, and Khaya Butler, and two sons, Darren McCabe and Darrian Butler. Sister Michele Davis and beloved nieces Kecia and Felicia Davis, Aunt Tina Adams, and Uncle Farrell of Benton, AR.

The family would like to thank Hospice Plus for their dedicated staff and the wonderful care they provided for Becky. She was particularly appreciative of the excellent services and care she received from The Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders.
