Today, we are saddened to announce the passing of Rebecca "Becky" Sue Harris, born on July 2, 1960, in Bonham, Texas. She passed away peacefully on August 3, 2023, in Sherman, Texas.

Becky was a beloved wife to Allen Charles Harris, a loving sister to Norma Sisemore and her husband Bobby, brother Roy Shivers and his wife Kimberly. As well as a loving bonus mother to JoAnn Mitchell and grandmother to Jade Mitchell. She was a cherished aunt to Misty Sisemore, BJ Sisemore, Alex Shivers, Andrew Shivers, and Matthew Shivers, as well as many extended family members and dear friends.  She was preceded in death by her son Nathan Harris, brothers Raymond Shivers and Tommy Beshires and parents Joe and Dorothy Shivers.

Becky was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt who loved life, and all of her family and friends very much. She was an adventurous spirit who loved to travel and explore new places with her family and friends.

Becky was taken from us too soon after a short battle with an aggressive cancer. Although we mourn her passing, we take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace and free from pain.

Family time will be held at Waldo Funeral Home on Saturday, August 12, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. We invite all who knew and loved Becky to join us in celebrating her life and remembering the wonderful memories we shared together.

Becky will be dearly missed and forever remembered in our hearts.
