Funeral services for Rosa Maria Serrano, age 69, of Ciudad Guerrero, Chihuahua, Mexico, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026, at St. Anne’s Catholic Church.

Rosa Maria Serrano passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

Rosa Maria Serrano was born on January 31, 1957, to Primitivo Morales and Manuela Rivas. Rosa was a woman of many talents, including cooking, baking, knitting, and caring for her family. She was the true definition of living for her family and devoted her life to those she loved.

Rosa was preceded in death by her parents, Primitivo Morales and Manuela Rivas.

She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Luis Raul Serrano; her children, Laura Serrano, Luis Serrano Jr., Juan Serrano, and Rosa Elena Serrano; her grandchildren, Aymee Serrano, Gabriel Hernandez, Leslie Quintanilla, Jazmin Hernandez, Lindsey Banda, Amayrami Serrano, Madison Banda, Kaylee Hernandez, Xitlaly Serrano, Gael Serrano, and Juan Angel Serrano; her great-grandchildren, Ezequiel Serrano, Ivan Salado, and Zayn Salinas; and her sons-in-law, Luis Hernandez and Dagoberto Banda.

Family and friends can come visit Wednesday, July 15, from 1 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at Waldo Funeral Home.

A Rosary will be held Thursday, July 16, 2026 from 6 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. and a visitation will be held after from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Waldo Funeral Home.
