Roy Lea Hauch, age 53, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2022.

He was born on February 2, 1969, to Linda Phillips and Orion Dewayne Hauch in Shawnee, Oklahoma.  He attended Sherman High School and went to work for Reeddrill after high school in 1989, until he had to medically retire in 2016.  He married Amy Wolfington on August 8, 2009, they had two sons, Dakota and Corbin Hauch.

He is survived by his wife, Amy of Sherman, Texas; and sons Dakota and Corbin Hauch of Sherman, Texas; Stepsons, Alex Thompson and wife Sierra of Sherman, Texas and Jalen Thompson and wife Shantel of Marshall, Texas; sister, Rhonda Doyle of Bonham, Texas; brother, Billy Clegg and wife Brandy of Denison, Texas; brother, Dewayne Hauch and wife Carol of Boise, Idaho; uncle, Jimmy Phillips and wife Kim of Denison, Texas; uncle, Jerry Phillips of Sherman, Texas ; aunts, Carroll Johnson of Arkansas, Wanda Fricks of North Carolina, and Joann and Calvin Delap of Mississippi; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Orion Hauch and Linda Carr; grandson, River Thompson and uncle, Johnny Willis.

A Family Night will be held Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at Waldo Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00PM.

A Celebration of Life service will be held by the family at a later date.
