Spencer was born on July 13th, 2000, in Corpus Christi, Tx, to Brandy Kay Kleeman and Charles Michael Buford.

He went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 4, 2024.  Spencer grew up primarily in Sherman Tx.  Spencer loved music, boxing, and skateboarding.  Spencer was an avid collector of glassware; he loved gardening and grinding up his fresh Oregano. Spencer had a huge heart and loved to crack jokes. He also could have deep philosophical conversations. He could be very opinionated.  He was a very protective big brother. He was especially protective of his mother. He was known as Peanut by his mother and Little Elf Boy by his grandmother.

Stepfathers Jose (Joey) Perez Jr. of Houston, Tx, of which Spencer referred to as his daddy, Mark Williams of Sherman, Tx, Aunt Amber Buford of Dallas, Tx, and his dear friend Kayla Youngs of Sherman, Tx.
