She was a loving mother to Shane Neal and Jeremy Wright and Jeremy's wife Amanda. Grandmother to Alyx, Haylie, Byron, and Brooklyn. Great grandmother to Scott.

Terry's father was Wayne Neal, her mother was Shirley Bellows. Three sisters Shirlene Paulsen, Cyndi Neal, and Tammy Neal. Two brothers David Neal, and Johnny Neal.

A loving aunt to Jim, Duke, Jennifer, Preston, Lexie, Rahea, Cheston, Justin, K.J., Peyton, Camron, Katie, Shakota, and Matthew.
