Thảo Thị Hứa, Beloved Wife, Mother, and Grandmother, Passed Away Peacefully.

Thảo Thị Hứa, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother(Bà), passed away on August 14, 2023,

at the age of 77 in Sherman, Texas. Thảo was born in Phú Gia, Lộc Tiễn, Phú Lộc, Thua Thien

Hue, Vietnam, on December 8, 1945.

She was a kind and loving woman who with her husband raised their five children in Denison,

Texas. She was a talented seamstress who loved to make clothes for her family and friends.

Thảo worked as a children's seamstress and made beautiful dresses. Her greatest joys were

cooking large family meals to bring everyone together, tending her garden, sewing and being a

wonderful Bà to her ten grandchildren. Her greatest sorrow will be leaving the side of her

husband, Sáng.

Thảo is survived by her husband of 57 years, Sáng Văn Trịnh; son Yung Trinh, wife Lisa Katz,

and daughter Marisa; son Tien Trinh, wife Kristy Trinh and children Ryan and Lauren; daughter

Thu Trinh, husband Hao Pham and children Samantha (Sammie) and Khai; daughter Tham

Trinh, husband Jeffrey Wu and children Austin, Jackson(JJ) , and Andrew; daughter Mandy

Trinh, husband Jason Young and children Regan and Tyler. She will be deeply missed by her

family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at 10:00 AM at

the Waldo Funeral Home at 619 N Travis St, Sherman, TX 75090.
