Tom passed away Monday, January 8, 2024 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas, lovingly surrounded by family.

He was born in Alma, Wyoming, the son of Wilke and Eva Collins. Tom worked as a meter executive at Pacific Power and Light. Tom is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Collins, sisters Jenny and Phylis, and brother William. He was 89 years old.

Tom is survived by his son, Robert Collins and wife Cyndi, son Thomas Collins and wife Donna, son James DeVere and wife Sue, daughter Carol Caudill, grandchildren Kelly Baio, Billy Collins, Katie Collins, Steve DeVere, Stephanie Nicoletti, Mike Hoffee, Matthew Caudill, Megan Passey and 22 great grandchildren.
