Trina Marie Stephenson, 54 years old, of Sherman, TX, passed away, Sunday, May 4th, 2025, at her home.

Trina was born June 23rd, 1970, in Houston, TX. She graduated from Buckholts High School.

She worked at several places, including Tyson Foods, and most recently, she worked the front desk at Quality Suites Hotel in Sherman.

Trina enjoyed playing Bingo, listening to music, painting her nails, taking pictures, and cruising around in her car. She loved spending time with her granddaughter, Journey, and making people laugh.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Morgan Ruzicka, her grandfather, Richard Joe Ruzicka, her grandmother, Minnie Ola Ruzicka, and her brother, Richard Lee Ruzicka.

Trina is survived by her ex-husband/best friend, Steve Ray Runnels, daughter, Brittany Michelle Runnels, son, Blake Riley Runnels, granddaughter, Journey Ava Westall, all of Sherman, sister, Polly Elkin of Frisco, TX, brother, Jack Ruzicka of Houston, TX, brother, Ralph Ruzicka of Cameron, TX, brother, Jim Ruzicka of Houston, aunt, Paula Ruzicka of Rosebud, TX, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, May 9th, in the Chapel of Waldo Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Matt Ruzicka.
