Tyrone D. Sommers, Sr. age 55 formerly of Whitewright, ascended to his eternal home Tuesday, June 10th in Iowa Park, Texas.

A public visitation will be Friday, June 20th from 4 PM to 7 PM at Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman.

The funeral service will be Saturday June 21st at 11 AM at First Baptist Church, 201 W. Walnut St., Whitewright.  Rev. Dave Bradley will be the Host Pastor and his brother, Rev. R.A. Sommers, Sr., will deliver the eulogy.  Burial will follow at Oakhill Cemetery in Whitewright.
