William Harrison "Bill" Roberts, 78, of Sherman, Texas passed away peacefully on February 20, 2024. Graveside services will be Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Friendship Cemetery.

Bill was born in Wichita Falls, Texas to William H. and Dorothy Roberts on September 11, 1945. He married his wife of 55 years, Shirley Cook, on July 5, 1968.

He graduated from Sherman High School in 1964 and attended Grayson College and Texas Tech University, followed by service in the United States Marine Corp. He worked for AGP (formerly Anderson Clayton and Kraft Foods) for 35 years and was a realtor for 20 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William H. and Dorothy Roberts, and he is survived by his wife, Shirley and children, Brad Roberts and Cheryl Mentzel. He is also survived by grandchildren, Hunter Roberts, Cole Mentzel, Sgt. Presley Roberts, USMC, and Benhi Le.
