Funeral services for Robert E. Hart, age 89, of Sherman, TX will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, June 11, 2012 at the Waldo Funeral Home Chapel. Ricky Patterson will officiate and burial will follow at the Collinsville Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman, TX.

Robert passed away on Friday, June 08, 2012 at the Clyde W. Cosper TSVH in Bonham, TX.

He was born on July 23, 1922 in Tioga, TX the son of Clayton R. and Willie Midkiff Hart. Robert married Juanita Leach on January 8, 1944 in Durant, OK. She preceded him in death on December 4, 2011.

Robert joined and served in the United States Air Force and then worked for several years in Civil Service. He also owned and operated a Service Station in Collinsville, worked for Johnson and Johnson and drove a truck for Denton Brothers.



Robert is survived by his three daughters, Kathryn Scoggins and husband Ronald of Tioga, TX, Linda Newsom and husband Jack of Sherman, TX and Sandy Blakeley of Sherman, seven grandchildren, six step grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, 12 step great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two sisters, Doris Christopher and Iris Gregory, one brother, Derrel Hart and one granddaughter, Lori Ann Carney.

Pallbearers will be Randy Jaresh, Bobby Jaresh, Chad Carney, Brady Carney, Derrell Ragsdale, Christopher Jaresh and Brett Quisenberry.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 10th from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Waldo Funeral Home.
