Funeral services for Celia I. Lopez, age 85, of Howe, TX will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 20, 2012 at the Waldo Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Hall Cemetery in Howe, TX. Welton Stoker of Parkview Church of Christ will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman.

Celia is survived by her two sons, Noe Antonio Lopez, Jr and wife Teresa of McKinney, TX and Sergio Ariel Lopez and wife Mary of Howe, TX, one daughter, Martha Edith Denson and husband Michael of Frisco, TX, nine grandchildren, David Anthony Lopez and wife Stephanie of Durant, OK, Thomas Andrew Lopez Staff Sargent US Air Force and wife Arica of Little Rock AFB, AR, Victoria Ann Solano and husband Christopher Specialist US Army of Fort Polk, LA, Sergio Noe Lopez, Jr, Sara Elizabeth Lopez, Ethan Connor Lopez, Luke Aaron Lopez, Jessica Anne Denson and Monica Nicole Denson. She is also survived by her three great grandchildren, Aubrey Nichole Lopez, Alyssa Ariel Lopez and Christopher Alan Solano. Celia married Noe B. Lopez on April 19, 1958.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and grandson Samuel.

Family night will be held on Wednesday, December 19th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Waldo Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Chris Counts, Javier Niteto, David Lopez, Thomas Lopez, Sergio Lopez and Michael Denson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Carlos Liscano and Rene Trevino.
